Stay Home & Stay active
Another week of lockdown. Another boring day. Another overeating hour.
TV, Music, Reading, Cooking, Cards, Boards, Video Games, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp and prayers are wonderful activities to get through an idle day. Yet don’t ignore physical activity.
I fixed a goal for myself to walk 5000 steps each day while practicing golf on my hybrid open air homemade golf driving range.
I would request all of my readers, viewers, friends and family please stay active during the idle & boring hours. Activity keeps us healthy & fresh in mind.
